No, chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed and may result in legal action to recover associated fees and costs.
-
No. Our tent pricing is all-inclusive and covers the mandatory professional setup and takedown. You will not be billed separately for tent labor.
-
Table and chair setup and takedown are optional services. If you choose this option, the associated fees will be billed separately after checkout. Otherwise, all tables and chairs will be delivered stacked in one accessible location.
-
Beyond the base rental price, you should expect the following:
- Delivery Fee: Calculated at checkout based on your distance from our Foxborough warehouse.
- Equipment Protection Fee: A mandatory 10% fee is applied to all orders. This "Peace of Mind" waiver covers you for accidental minor nicks, scuffs, or stains, ensuring you can enjoy your event without worry.
- Optional Setup Fees: While tent pricing is all-inclusive, setup and takedown for chairs and tables are available as a separate service if requested.
- City Access (Boston/City Orders): For deliveries in areas with restricted parking (e.g., Dorchester, Roxbury), customers are responsible for ensuring a legal unloading zone. Any parking citations incurred due to a lack of provided access will be added to the final invoice.
-
We want you to focus on your guests, not the gear! This mandatory 10% "Peace of Mind" fee is a damage waiver that covers you for accidental, minor wear and tear that may occur during your event, such as minor food or drink stains on linens, small scuffs on chairs, or accidental punctures in tent vinyl.
- What is NOT covered: It does not cover gross negligence, theft/loss, or damage from prohibited items like fireworks and Silly String. Silly String is the "kryptonite" of vinyl and causes permanent chemical burns; any damage from its use will result in a full replacement charge.
- Why it is mandatory: As an owner-operated business, we take pride in providing pristine equipment. This fee allows us to constantly maintain and rotate our inventory so every customer receives high-quality items without worrying about an unexpected bill for a single stained chair.
-
To ensure a smooth setup, we require:
- Level Ground: A clear, level space for tent and furniture placement.
- Utility Marking: For tents requiring stakes, the customer must mark all underground gas, water, and electric lines. We are not liable for damage to unmarked lines.
- Parking (Boston/City Orders): Please ensure a 20ft legal parking/unloading zone is available within 50ft of the setup area.
-
Yes, we serve the entire Greater Boston area and surrounding regions. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the distance from our Foxborough headquarters.
-
You assume full responsibility for the care, cleanliness, and security of all rental equipment from the time of delivery until retrieval. You must also ensure the site has level ground and adequate access.
-
You agree to inspect all items upon delivery or pickup and must notify our team within 1 hour of delivery of any issues. Otherwise, items are deemed accepted in good, working condition.
-
Lost, stolen, or damaged items must be reported immediately. You will be billed the full retail replacement or repair costs accordingly.
-
K.O. Party Rentals may remove or reschedule tent setup at its sole discretion for safety in the case of severe weather. Outdoor equipment is not guaranteed to withstand extreme conditions like storms or high winds.
-
We strongly recommend booking large Frame Tent rentals at least 3 to 6 months in advance, especially for weddings and peak season events (May-October). This ensures your size is available and allows sufficient time for essential site and permit checks.
-
We recommend booking these standard items 2 to 3 months in advance. While inventory fluctuates, securing your tables, chairs, and specialized accessories early ensures you get the style and quantity you need.
-
We can often accommodate smaller equipment orders (chairs, tables, pop-up tents) if inventory is available up to 2 weeks out. However, due to scheduling and safety checks, reservations for large Frame Tents must be made a minimum of 4 weeks out.
